How to buy (in detail)

We have tried to make this process as safe as possible hence the number of built in checks.

1. Click on the buy for link directly underneath the name of the report you want to buy.
2. Check the details of what you what you want to buy. If there is mistake follow the instructions for recalculating the amount. Click on continue.
3. Enter your details as requested and click on continue.
4. Check your details carefully especially your e-mail address. If you give an incorrect e-mail address you will not be able to receive the book you want.
5. At the bottom of the page you have to option to pay using either Paypal or Nochex. Paypal will take cash or credit cards and Nochex will take debit cards. Each system gives you the option to join their list of customers if you are not already. They each use your e-mail address plus a password to log into their system.
6. If you have not entered the required information or there is another mistake picked up by the software you will see an error page. If this happens go back and check your details again.
7. Once you have made the purchase you will be sent a receipt from either Paypal or Nochex, depending on which service you have chosen.
8. After a small time lag to allow for your card to be processed and details to be passed onto us you will receive details of how to download the report.

returns and refunds

An information product like this is not like most other products. If you brought back some clothes to the shop they could see that you had brought them back but with these reports it is not that simple. Therefore we will not be able to offer any refunds or accept any returns.

However, if you have problems accessing the report we will do our utmost to make sure that you receive a readable copy. However, if you do not let know about the problems you are having we cannot help you so please let us know what the problem is so we can do something about it.
